A great understanding and experience of the digital marketplace and the communication tools available.

Experience in running omnichannel marketing campaigns. Experience of setting objectives and governance such as reporting and monitoring. Knowledge of CRM tools and funnel management. Some knowledge or experience in organising events would be helpful.
