The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Implement health, safety and environmental policies and procedures on site, ensuring compliance and keeping updated with key changes to legislation.

Engage with managers, ensuring responsibilities are clear and answering technical health, safety and environmental related enquiries.

Conduct audits, inspections, and accident investigations. Constantly seek areas for improvement and development in health and safety performance.

Engage with the client and other external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact.

Undertake site audits, inspections, risk assessments and method statements.

Attend design, client and site meetings to give advice and discuss H&S.

Have a strong safety presence on projects.

Provide support, guidance and advice on all H&S matters.

A little bit about you…

The successful Health, Safety and Environment Advisor will have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role ideally within a construction or facilities setting, or a related industry.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent level 3 qualification.
  • Experience / knowledge of the ISO management systems.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging colleagues at all levels.
