This role provides key administerial support to the Sales team. You will regularly need to support other team members in the development and delivery of their client proposals, negotiations, and campaign delivery, as well as supporting key administrative responsibilities in the trading team.
- Sales Support and administration for Sales Team
- Support the Trading team in pulling together all the contract headers for all bookings
- For every booking, professional photography has to be booked
- Daily upkeep of CRM
- Weekly upkeep of all internal trackers, such as renewals and key availabilities
- Internal systems (will be taught) β VIOOH, Merlin & Asset Bank
- Administration of Temporary Airport Passes
- Site Inspection tours
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Preparation and distribution of site availability when required
- Providing / collating brochures when necessary
- Client competitive reporting
- Helping to produce presentations (PowerPoint)
