Deliver enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards, data models and reporting assets that provide clear, actionable insights aligned with business needs.

What you'll be doing...

  • Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards and interactive analytics.
  • Build robust data models (star schemas, semantic layers, DAX measures) to ensure high performance and reusability.
  • Translate business questions into metric definitions, KPIs and validated datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data availability, quality and performance.
  • Conduct data validation, reconcile dashboards against source systems, and document assumptions.
  • Optimise report performance (aggregations, query folding, incremental refresh).
  • Support self-serve BI enablement through documentation, training and data-literacy support.
  • Ensure BI assets follow visual design best practices and accessibility standards.

A little bit about you...

  • 4–7 years in BI/Analytics with strong Power BI experience.
  • Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling and designing semantic layers.
  • Strong SQL; good understanding of ETL/ELT and data pipelines.
  • Comfortable engaging with business teams to clarify requirements and deliver insights.
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-system data environments.
  • Advantage: Azure DataBricks, Fabric and Purview familiarity.
