Seeking a capable, detail-focused technologist/technician with strong technical understanding and clear communication skills. Role involves feasibility studies, planning work, Revit modelling, visualisation, heritage input, and production of technical/construction information.
You will gain hands-on experience across a varied mix of educational, commercial, and residential projects, with exposure to projects from early concept through to technical delivery. This role offers direct involvement — including sitting in on client meetings, contributing to design decisions, and seeing projects develop in real time.
Revit fluency is essential, including:
- Parametric modelling
- Family creation
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Experience with parametric modelling and Revit families
- Experience producing construction drawings and technical details
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Ability to write clear specifications
- Good understanding of buildability
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Based in North Manchester or within a reasonable commuting distance
Desirable:
- Experience with UK planning applications
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Twinmotion, or similar
