About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-focused Conveyancer to join our growing team. You will handle your own caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are managed efficiently, accurately and with exceptional client care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee property transactions from instruction to completion
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, contracts and searches
  • Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, lenders and solicitors
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain clear records and provide proactive updates to clients
  • Coordinate with third parties such as surveyors, lenders and local authorities
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep transactions on track

Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain legal concepts clearly
  • Strong IT skills, including conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy
  • Effective time management with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a remote team
  • Proactive, professional and committed to delivering outstanding client service
