As a Project Manager within JCB Power Products in Wrexham, you’ll play a key role in delivering both current product upgrades and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects. This is a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused position requiring strong day‑to‑day coordination across multiple functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Delivery
- Manage day‑to‑day coordination of current product upgrades and NPI projects
- Track cross‑functional activity to ensure alignment with group processes and timelines
- Drive delivery of robust product solutions to agreed milestones
- Governance & Reporting
- Lead and facilitate project and cross‑functional reviews in line with established processes
- Produce, maintain, and report on key project metrics
- Ensure project documentation and governance standards are met
- Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
- Support and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution
- Proactively address challenges impacting delivery
- Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive project progress
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Present project updates, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders
