The Opportunity – Perpetual Inventory Auditor

About the role: As a PI Controller at JCB Transmissions, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, real‑time inventory records and ensuring stock integrity across the operation. You’ll play a vital role in supporting production and supply continuity by managing cycle counts, reconciling system data with physical stock, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and control.

  • Managing perpetual inventory activities within the Transmissions area.
  • Recording stock movements accurately and maintaining real‑time inventory data within SAP.
  • Planning and executing cycle counts and reconciling physical stock against system records.
  • Investigating inventory discrepancies and leading robust root‑cause analysis.
  • Implementing corrective and preventative actions to improve stock accuracy.
  • Producing and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly inventory dashboards and reports.
  • Monitoring inventory trends and highlighting risks or issues to key stakeholders.
  • Working cross‑functionally with warehouse, production, planning and finance teams to resolve stock issues.
  • Maintaining high standards of data integrity and process compliance.
