About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Performance Marketing Manager to play a key role in driving JCB’s online growth and brand visibility. In this role, you’ll lead the rollout and ongoing management of our dealer website programme, ensuring a consistent, high quality digital experience across our global dealer network. You’ll combine creativity with strong analytical skills to enhance lead generation, improve conversion performance, and optimise digital activity across multiple channels. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape the future of JCB’s digital strategy while delivering measurable results against business objectives.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Defining and implementing digital tracking frameworks, working with internal teams and agencies
- Analysing campaign performance across channels, including PPC, display, search and paid/organic social
- Using data and insights to continuously optimise campaigns and improve ROI
- Monitoring website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and reporting on trends and lead acquisition
- Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports for stakeholders
- Working closely with website and organic teams to ensure alignment between paid activity, on-site experience and SEO performance, driving a cohesive and integrated digital strategy across all channels
- Collaborating with the wider marketing team to align digital activity with overall business goals
- Supporting and training global counterparts as the programme expands
- Managing tags and tracking via tools such as GA4, GSC and GTM
- Evolving paid media strategies to align with AI-driven search experiences, including Google Gemini and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), ensuring campaigns remain effective and visible across emerging search and discovery platforms

- You have experience in digital marketing, lead generation or marketing analytics
- You’re confident working with data, turning insights into actionable improvements
- You have strong knowledge of digital channels and performance marketing
- You’re experienced with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), GSC and GTM
- You have experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and lead management tools
- You bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- You’re a confident communicator, able to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders
- You’re self‑motivated, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
