We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team based in Uttoxeter. This role plays a key part in supporting the financial performance and decision‑making across our Cabs division.

What this role involves
- Own or assist with monthly operating cost and capital reports
- Analyse and forecast management, reviewing reports to identify key drivers of performance and explain variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting, including modelling, analysis, reporting, and submission
- Analyse financial information using established processes, applying technical knowledge and sound judgement
- Assist with monthly and year‑end accounting processes to support statutory requirements
- Maintain transfer pricing arrangements
- Conduct balance‑sheet reconciliations
- Provide analytical support to the wider Finance team, including ad hoc analysis to inform business decisions
- Support statutory returns preparation
- Partner with operational teams to drive cost control and performance improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- Part‑qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or currently working toward qualification
- Strong SAP experience (desirable)
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large data sets
- Strong analytical ability, able to interpret data and provide meaningful insights
- Effective communicator, able to influence stakeholders across the business
- Collaborative mindset, enjoys working cross‑functionally
- Innovative mindset, continuously looking to improve processes and add value
- Desire to develop others and contribute to building future finance talent
