The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager - Repair Parts
About the role:
We’re looking for a commercially focused and strategic Senior Product Manager - Repair Parts to drive sales growth and maximise the performance of our repair parts portfolio. This role will be responsible for identifying new routes to market, developing product strategies, and managing the full product lifecycle to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Develop and deliver the growth strategy for the repair parts product portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team, driving engagement, performance, and professional development.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, from market analysis and introduction through to optimisation and retirement.
- Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand sales and market share.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
- Develop pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to maximise profitability and growth.
- Lead and deliver cross-functional projects to support category and business objectives.
- Work closely with dealers and customers to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate product launches and growth initiatives with key stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement actions to improve sales, revenue, and profitability.
- Deliver product presentations, training, and updates to internal and external audiences.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and suppliers to support business growth.
This will be suited to you if…
- You have significant experience in Product Management, Category Management, or Product Marketing.
- You have a strong background within the aftermarket parts, automotive, construction equipment, or related sectors.
- You’re highly analytical and able to translate data into commercial opportunities and actionable strategies.
- You have experience managing the full product lifecycle and delivering successful growth plans.
- You’re commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales growth, market development, and profitability.
- You have excellent project management skills and are comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.You have experience identifying and developing new routes to market.
- You’re confident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- You enjoy working strategically while remaining hands-on in delivering results.
- You’re customer-focused, proactive, and driven to achieve business growth.
