What does this role involve day to day? The day-to-day role can be very varied and demanding and will cover different elements of the other roles within the team. This will involve learning Ariba, Atriis, Evolvi, Webex, SAP, CSR, PPAC/ Compliant 101(right to work), access control system. Duties will include: Security invoicing Organise stationary and uniform supplies Key and lock maintenance Supporting data tag process Managing email inboxes for the department Confidential data reviews / investigations Right to Work checks Security card access requests Organise confidential waste – providing bins and removal Supporting projects as and when required This will be suited to you if You have excellent attention to detail, are well organised and a dedicated team player who can multitask and work well under pressure You can demonstrate a can do attitude and a sense of urgency to get things done quickly, effectively, and accurately You’re highly motivated with excellent communication skills You’re a confident user of Microsoft programmes You like a challenge and to be part of a team who accomplish tasks, projects and works with maximum efficiency. You have strong organisational skills & You are able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism What happens next?
