About the role:
This role involves resolving day-to-day MM SAP issues via help desk tickets, coaching junior team members, and delivering training to key users. As an analyst you will play a key role in SAP project activities including testing, data migration, and user training. With deep knowledge of end-to-end business processes in a manufacturing environment, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives through system enhancements and mini-projects, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Resolve MM, logistics and warehousing related SAP queries through help desk tickets
- Coaching of junior team members
- Support and training of SAP key users
- Work within the SAP project team, delivering testing, training and data migration
- Drive continuous improvements through SAP (delivering changes, mini projects and enhancements)
This will be suited to you if
- You have extensive SAP Support experience with an emphasis on Materials Management, Logistics, Warehousing and purchasing function.
- You can demonstrate a broad and detailed knowledge of End-to-End Business Processes for materials management and/or logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- You\’re able to complete business process and functional development projects to a high standard including writing functional specifications, testing developments, delivering training and go-live support.
