Overview
As a Sales BI Analyst in the Sales & Operations Planning team, you translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making across the business.
You’ll own core reporting processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive data quality and efficiency through automation and standardisation.
Based at JCB World Headquarters, you’ll prepare management information for a range of partners and contribute to continuous improvement of data solutions.
This role offers exposure to SAP-based processes and cross-functional impact in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute key S&OP reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles
- Maintain master data within SAP BPC and run data prep processes for monthly planning
- Identify and resolve data anomalies to improve data quality
- Analyze root causes of trends and reporting issues to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Drive automation and standardisation of reporting processes
- Collaborate with Group IT to resolve data, system and performance issues
- Support preparation of presentations and management information for stakeholders
- Key requirements
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience delivering reporting or data solutions from requirements to delivery
- Confidence in gathering requirements and working with senior stakeholders
- Interest in technical data analysis tools and emerging technologies
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on automation and efficiency
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaborative working style
- Desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Degree or similar qualification advantageous
- Experience with SAP Business Warehouse Queries, SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BPC (administration and EPM) is beneficial
