At our Dennison JCB dealership, we are looking for a self‑motivated and high energy Inside Sales Representative to help grow our local retail business. This role sits at the heart of our dealership, acting as the first point of contact for many prospects and playing a critical role in converting enquiries into genuine sales opportunities.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Selling the range of JCB compact equipment to new customers and small fleet operators
- Actively prospecting for potential customers and creating demand for the JCB machine range
- Responding quickly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries from our website, digital campaigns, and marketing activity
- Proactively making outbound calls to progress opportunities and follow up open enquiries
- Qualifying customer needs and identifying opportunities for equipment demonstrations or dealer visits
- Book appointments and hand qualified opportunities to the field sales team
- Maintain consistent follow up with customers to avoid missed opportunities
- Accurately record all activity, notes, and next actions within the dealer CRM
- Support local digital activity including online listings, email outreach, and social platforms
- Represent the dealership professionally and always reinforce the JCB brand

- You have previous experience in sales, retail, automotive, call centre, telesales, or customer facing roles
