About the role: We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our end‑to‑end marketing strategy. In this role, you will drive awareness, engagement, and demand for our parts products across multiple channels—digital, traditional, and customer-facing. You’ll shape the brand narrative, manage integrated marketing campaigns, and support the growth of our new Parts Ecommerce Website as part of a broader marketing strategy. We’re looking for someone who is a strategical thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour, and brand positioning. You will bring a blend of creativity and commercial acumen, along with experience managing campaigns, stakeholders, and agency partners.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Marketing Team Working directly with the General Manager, you will be responsible for working on the strategy and coordinating activities within the marketing plan, through interacting with Group Marketing and through the management of your own direct reports.
- Strategic Focus Develop and deliver a marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and commercial targets. Identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities across both digital and offline channels. Own marketing performance metrics, setting clear goals for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and commercial impact.
- Marketing Campaigns Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns encompassing digital, content, print, events, and product marketing. Analyse market data, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to optimise messaging and maximise ROI. Manage relationships with agencies, creative partners, and internal teams to ensure high-quality campaign delivery.
- Customer Acquisition & Brand Growth Develop effective acquisition strategies that span digital channels as part of a wider marketing mix. Support the growth of our Ecommerce platform through strong product positioning, compelling campaigns, and cohesive brand messaging. Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, conversion, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Customer Experience & Brand Engagement Ensure our customer journey is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand values. Partner with customer service and product teams to understand customer needs and enhance the end-to-end experience. Use customer feedback, data, and insight to drive continuous improvement in marketing activity and brand touchpoints.
- Creative & Content Development Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that supports campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling. Maintain strong alignment with brand guidelines and corporate tone of voice. Brief agencies and suppliers on creative requirements for higher-impact campaigns.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing activity aligns with wider business priorities. Influence, collaborate, and communicate with teams across sales, product, ecommerce, operations, and leadership. Champion a culture of creativity, innovation, and outcome-driven marketing.
Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- You have a proven track record in marketing management, ideally across both digital and traditional channels.
- You have hands-on experience creating and managing content, campaigns, and marketing materials.
- You understand modern marketing best practices, customer engagement principles, and multi-channel planning.
- You bring strong analytical skills and can translate insight into informed marketing decisions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution.
