We’re looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. You’ll keep our machinery working day and night in a role that’s every bit as important to our organisation.

Salary: Competitive Salary

Contract Type: Full Time

Working Pattern: Permanent

What does this role involve day to day?

Working varied shift patterns, you’ll problem solve, troubleshoot, and drive improvement in live environments and work with machine tools, conveyors, dc tooling through to complex Gantry/CNC systems focusing on SQDC to ensure production demands are met with a clear safety mindset. You’ll learn to fix highly specialised machinery, which will be essential to our team and to keep our operation running smoothly. You will be working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure Maintenance is carried out in accordance to PUWER and continuous improvements targets are met.

This will be suited to you if:

  • You have experience in a live maintenance environment.
  • You have completed an Electrical or Multiskilled Engineering Apprenticeship and be qualified at HNC level in your chosen discipline or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a good understanding of fundamentals like reactive and proactive maintenance and work schedules and then our training will teach you the specifics of our machinery.
  • You will have worked in a fast paced production environment before and have a clear understanding of autonomous maintenance practices.
  • You have knowledge of CMMS, this would be desirable but not essential.
