We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Group Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at JCB World Headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting health and safety initiatives across the business, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. You’ll be working in a fast-paced corporate environment, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, and helping to implement processes that make JCB a safer and more efficient workplace.

As Group Health and Safety Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Health & Safety team and wider business. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the coordination and implementation of health and safety processes across the organisation.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate data and documentation within systems.
  • Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Supporting change initiatives and promoting best practices in health and safety.
  • Liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for health and safety queries and administrative support.

This will be suited to you if…

  • You’re highly organised, self‑motivated, and confident working with data and people.
  • You have strong numerical accuracy and enjoy working with systems and reporting tools.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential as training will be provided for the right candidate).
  • You have experience working in a fast‑paced corporate environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • You’re adaptable, resilient, and eager to assist in driving positive change across the organisation.
