JCB is seeking a Digital Adoption & Enablement Manager to lead the rollout of engagement programmes across our global dealer network, driving adoption and utilisation of our sales and marketing tools. You will combine creativity with analytics to deliver measurable results and partner with internal teams and external partners to enhance the digital toolset.

You will design automated onboarding journeys, track platform performance, deliver trainings, and inspire change across international.
