Overview
As Product Manager for the JCB Fastrac range, you own the product lifecycle from concept to launch and ongoing development.
You will align product strategy with sales, marketing and regional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
The role involves managing the NPI process, portfolio optimisations, and regional product training while coordinating marketing initiatives.
You will engage dealers, customers and internal stakeholders to identify market opportunities and shape our product roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) process from briefs through launch
- Oversee current product portfolio including sales codes, improvements and cost analysis
- Support product training for dealers, customers and internal teams
- Manage and support product-related marketing activities
- Build strong relationships with dealer networks and internal stakeholders
- Identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives with regional sales teams
- Monitor competitor activity and regional pricing to inform commercial decisions
- Represent customer requirements and market feedback within JCB
- Communicate market insights to align operations and strategy
- Support dealer capability through training, product knowledge and JCB tools
- Present the JCB Fastrac range at exhibitions, events and customer demonstrations

- Agricultural/Engineering background with HP tractors knowledge
- Technical mindset with knowledge of Ag tech systems ( GPS, ISOBUS )
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
