From VIP customer visits at our headquarters to major exhibitions around the world, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly. You’ll also be responsible for operating and managing our two JCB Events Trucks (1 large 36-tonne and 1 small 3.5-tonne units), helping to bring the JCB brand to life wherever we go.

What does this role involve day to day?

As an Events Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our event operations, providing logistical and on-the-ground support to ensure seamless execution. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering and setting up JCB’s event trucks and equipment at various locations
  • Liaising with stand contractors and suppliers on-site to ensure smooth event build and breakdown
  • Supporting the Events Team in the delivery of VIP visits, internal events, and global exhibitions
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for JCB, representing the business professionally at all times
  • Working flexibly, including early starts, late finishes, and extended periods away from home (UK and overseas)
  • Ensuring all logistics are compliant with safety, transport, and operational standards

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires initiative, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

This will be suited to you if…

  • You hold a clean HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • You have a strong understanding of Tachograph and Working Time Regulations
  • You’re confident using Microsoft Office and managing logistics documentation
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • You’re a self-starter who can work independently and take initiative when working unsupervised
  • You’re flexible, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-heavy environment
  • Driver CPC credits would be an advantage
