JCB is seeking an Apprentice & Graduate Scheme Leader to oversee our Emerging Talent Schemes from JCB Global Learning, World Headquarters. The role covers apprentices and graduates across UK facilities, with a diverse range of programmes including craft, technician, degree, undergraduate and graduate levels in welding, production, engineering, manufacturing, technical support and business management.
You will lead talent development, coordinate with learning providers, and drive progression into the programmes.
