The Opportunity – Business Intelligence/RPA Specialist – JCB Service

About the role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the JCB Service team in a specialist role that combines Business Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). You’ll be instrumental in delivering high-quality analytics, reporting, and automated solutions that support JCB Service’s ambitious 5-Year Plan. Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, you’ll help shape the future of service delivery by providing meaningful insights and driving operational efficiency through data and automation.

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Deliver business-critical reports and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide meaningful insights and data interpretation to drive business growth.
  • Maintain and develop RPA solutions in collaboration with the Business Intelligence Manager.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs.
  • Support the development of automated solutions for a variety of business use-cases.
  • Create clear and accessible process maps for stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service enhancements.
  • Utilise tools such as Power Query, Excel, Office 365, SAP, SAC, Business Warehouse, and data visualisation platforms.

This will be suited to you if:

  • You have a strong analytical mindset and business experience, ideally within the aftersales market.
  • You’re confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
  • You’re comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • You’re highly proficient in data tools and platforms, including Power Query, Excel, SAP, and SAC.
  • You have experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or similar, and an understanding of Master Data Management.
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
