About the role: As Aftermarket Sales Manager – Access, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing JCB’s Access aftermarket strategy. Working closely with the JCB Access team and Regional Service Teams, you will ensure our products and programs align with market demands and customer requirements. Your focus will be on driving growth initiatives in major regions, including the UK, France, Germany, and the US.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies to support JCB’s Access business.
- Collaborate with JCB Access teams and Regional Service Teams to deliver market-specific growth initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and distribution networks to maximize aftermarket sales.
- Identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities to expand JCB’s Access aftermarket offering.
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to develop products and programs tailored to Access customers.
- Drive commercial performance through data analysis, market insights, and strategic planning.
This will be suited to you if:
- You have proven sales experience in the global Access market, with a strong understanding of aftermarket sales.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations, with a focus on Access customers.
- You are a commercially astute professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify market trends.
- You have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, capable of leading, motivating, and inspiring teams to achieve business objectives.
