We're now looking for Maintenance Fitters to join our team and help us maintain and improve our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities.

Key responsibilities include
- Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns quickly and effectively
- Performing planned preventative maintenance tasks and repairs
- Installing and maintaining mechanical services and systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing function
- Occasionally travelling internationally to support specialised machinery-one of the perks of working for a global brand
- Collaborating with the wider team to meet production targets and drive performance
- Reporting to the Maintenance Group Leader and working flexibly across shift patterns and overtime as required
Qualifications and experience
- You’ve completed a recognised mechanical engineering apprenticeship and hold an HNC qualification (or equivalent)
- You have experience in fault finding and repairing CNC machine tools
- You are confident carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance tasks
- You are skilled in maintaining pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, including machine tools, process plant, and material handling equipment
- You are flexible with working varied shift patterns and overtime as needed
- You are organised, able to plan and manage work schedules effectively
- You have strong spoken and written communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a team
