We are seeking a self‑motivated and result driven Salesforce focused Business Analyst to join JCB during an exciting time – as we embark on a transformational journey with our customer lead and opportunity management. You’ll be joining a growing team that will support our ambitious Salesforce‑centric programme which will consist of Automotive cloud, B2B commerce, Data cloud and embedded analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with key business stakeholders and our SI partner to gather requirements, optimise business processes and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that drive business value.
What does this role involve day to day?
- Working alongside our business and SI partner to gather, analyse and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Working as a conduit between our business teams and Salesforce administrator, Salesforce developer and SI partner.
- Resolving Salesforce queries through help‑desk tickets.
- Supporting Salesforce configuration including workflows, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and automation.
- Supporting user training, documentation and post‑implementation support.
- Driving continuous improvements through Salesforce (delivering changes, mini projects and enhancements).
- Expanding business use of Salesforce to the benefit of the JCB business.
This will be suited to you if…
- You have a strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality to apply business requirements to standard out‑of‑box capability. Ideally experience or exposure to Salesforce Sales, Service, B2B Commerce, Data, Marketing, Revenue and Automotive cloud applications.
- You can grow to demonstrate a broad and detailed knowledge of End‑to‑End Business Processes for lead and opportunity management.
- You have the ability to translate business requirements into a deliverable Salesforce solution.
- You have experience completing business process and functional development projects to a high standard including writing functional specifications, testing developments, delivering training and go‑live support.
- You have experience in business process developments (incl. mapping, fit‑gap analysis).
- You are customer focused with strong client‑relationship building skills.
- You have excellent analytical skills.
