About the opportunity: You will ensure our global supply base meets regulatory and market‑access requirements across REACH, RoHS, PFAS, TSCA, POP, CBAM, EUDR and packaging legislation (PPWR/EPR). You will manage due diligence, validate supplier evidence, maintain accurate data, support audits and keep our compliance systems running smoothly.

What does this role involve day to day?

  • Manage supplier declarations, evidence collection and due diligence activities.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and ensure compliance records stay up to date.
  • Support evidence management across CBAM, EUDR, PFAS and packaging requirements.
  • Request, track and validate supplier compliance documentation.
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect declarations and escalate risks where needed.
  • Upload, track and verify compliance data in our internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate material‑level compliance information.
  • Support dashboard reporting and prepare audit documentation.
  • Keep compliance risk logs updated and support mitigation actions.
  • Collaborate with teams across Purchasing, Engineering, Materials and Sustainability.

  • You have strong communication skills and confidence engaging with suppliers.
  • You have excellent attention to detail, especially when validating data.
  • You have a solid understanding of regulations like REACH, RoHS, PFAS, POP, TSCA, EUDR and CBAM.
  • You have strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • You can interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
  • You have a degree or equivalent experience, and ideally 2-5 years' experience in compliance, supplier due diligence or product compliance within a manufacturing environment.
