Salary and Benefits
- Performance Bonuses: Our drivers earn an average of £100.00 per week in performance-related bonuses.
- Training : Comprehensive training is provided and fully paid
- Seasonal Incentives : There will be a seasonal Incentive throughout the year . These can range from an additional £15 - £25 per day.
- Average Earnings: £131.50 –£160.00 per day, including performance bonuses.
- Vehicle provided for deliveries. Please note that this vehicle is picked up and brought back to station on each shift.
- Full training included: 1 day of virtual training, 2 ride-along days with an experienced driver, and 19 days of training routes.
- Branded uniform supplied.
- Van, fuel, and insurance all provided.
- Comprehensive support for managing your self-employed status through our preferred accounting partner.
- This is a self-employed position, and we can assist you in becoming a sole trader and managing all necessary taxation and administration through our recommended accounting provider.
Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid EU/UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
- Applicants must be available to work every other weekend .
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have held a driving licence for a minimum of 1.5 years
- Applicants should demonstrate a personable and professional attitude.
- Must pass a DVLA and background check.
- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the U.K.
- Experience: Multi-drop delivery experience (e.g., DPD, Evri, Ocado) is preferred but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
