Level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship
Salary: Circa ÂŁ16,000
Contract Type: Full Time
Working Pattern: Permanent

Start Date: September 2026, typically for 18 months
Minimum Entry Criteria: You’ll also need at least four GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English at C/4 or above.

Based near JCB World Headquarters in Rocester, Staffordshire, JCB Insurance is a team of friendly experts who work hard to provide clients with tailored insurance at the right price, backed up by exceptional customer service.
Possible Responsibilities
- Training on the job and putting new skills into practice: prepare quotations, renewals and endorsements.
- Learn about regulation and compliance so you can be confident you’re doing everything to the letter of the law.
- Once confident, be given special projects to complete, giving you the chance to shine.
- Receive strong support from experts and study days to complete assessments and learn theory behind every process.
Application Process
- Applications are reviewed against essential criteria; shortlisted candidates receive links to online assessments in November 2025 – January 2026.
- Complete the online assessment; if not completed, we will not progress your application (reminders will be sent).
- In‑person Assessment Centres will take place from January to April 2026.
- After the Assessment Centre, you will receive feedback regardless of outcome.
- Successful candidates proceed to onboarding, which includes a familiarisation day.
- Early Careers cohorts ordinarily start in early September.
