About the role
JCB Golf & Country Club is constructed on a 240-acre site next to the engineering and construction giant JCB. Set in the rolling Staffordshire countryside, it boasts a 7308-yard par 72 championship golf course and hosts corporate members, guests, and an Annual Professional Championship. In 2026 we will host LIV GOLF UK as their sole event on UK soil.
Due to an expansion of member and guest services for the season, an opportunity has arisen to join our Golf Operations Team. Upon golfers’ arrival, our team is the first face they see, so we are seeking enthusiastic, hardworking, and presentable individuals with a golfing background to provide outstanding member and guest services and create memorable experiences.
Please note a full DBS check will be carried out at offer stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a world class and personable service to members and guests.
- Assist with coordination and delivery of corporate golf days.
- Experience insight into the delivery of a LIV Golf event from an operational perspective.
- Support the operations team with on‑course services.
- Set up and manage practice facilities.
- Maintain the golf buggy and trolley fleet.
