Welcome Wednesdays is a great way for people to come together. Open to anyone, this is a community space, led by volunteers, running from JCS on a Wednesday afternoon between 12pm and 3pm. Along with delicious kosher catering from Mark’s Deli and Newlands Bakery, Welcome Wednesday offers a safe space for people of all ages to come together to have lunch, meet old friends and make new ones or enjoy shared activities.

Volunteers are required to be added to the rota to help out for a few hours on a Wednesday afternoon to support setting up, serving food, taking food orders, clearing tables and doing the dishes! Volunteers are not required to be available every week and will be added to the volunteer rota to suit their availability. All training will be provided.
