Community Approach | Creative Networks

JCA hosts an events and talks programme for students, with some events also open to select creative and academic communities. This plays a central role in enabling our students to widen their networks and benefit from engaging and idea exchange with creatives from outside of the academy.

Our online and onsite outreach programme and dynamic workshops connect the Academy to a wider network of schools and young, entrepreneurial students aiming to make their mark in the fashion industry.

Our presence at various educational fairs and Graduate Fashion Week, as well as onsite and online open days for prospective students, ensure we bring in the next generation of fashion pioneers. Our Summer Camp provides various workshops and a portfolio preparation programme for 13-17 year old school and college students.

Our industry events are open to those at the forefront of the fashion industry, and those aspiring to lead it. Our fashion design, material innovation and business workshops see industry experts give specialised advice for students.

Our networking events, pop-up stores, exhibitions, and showcases are aimed at our graduating and alumni students and co-working companies, along with our growing industry network. These events provide an opportunity for students and businesses to connect, learn and grow.

We aim to provide events that also cater to the Academic & Research community. At the core of this community is our annual graduate fashion exposition, as well as our curated programme of professional talks and seminars.

Curated Events

Selected events at the academy are open and ticketed to the public. With talks, showcase events for aspiring designers, exhibitions, and open days and evenings, we aim to make JCA a go-to place for those that want to be at the forefront of fashion, design, and culture.

Our invite-only, selective end of year graduate expositions and static end of year exhibitions showcase the fantastic work that the students of JCA London Fashion Academy achieve during their studies, creating a window to the entrepreneurial creative culture at the core of JCA Fashion Academy.

In addition to our open days, student collections, and end of year shows, JCA will be hosting a range of events to benefit schools, industry, and the general public.
