We’re working with a leading global professional services organisation to hire a HR Advisor, with flexibility to appoint on either a permanent or contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, forward-thinking HR function where you’ll gain exposure across a broad range of HR activities while supporting key business areas.
The Opportunity
As a HR Advisor, you’ll sit within the HR Business Partnering team, working closely with stakeholders across core business services. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering both day-to-day operational HR support and contributing to strategic people initiatives, ensuring the business continues to grow and evolve. This is a varied, fast-paced role offering real breadth, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a trusted HR partner to aligned business areas
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary and grievance cases
- Support the delivery of resourcing plans, working closely with hiring managers and the Resourcing team
- Play a key role in onboarding, inductions, and integration of new joiners
- Manage the leaver process, including exit interviews and insight reporting
- Support performance management processes, including annual and interim reviews
- Contribute to salary review cycles and wider HR processes
- Produce and analyse HR MI and reports to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Get involved in HR projects and initiatives, including engagement and inclusion programmes
About You
- Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to influence and build relationships
- Sound knowledge of HR policies and employee relations processes
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally CIPD part or fully qualified (or working towards), though not essential
- Strong attention to detail and confident using systems, including Excel
