- Plumbing & basic services: carrying out basic plumbing installations, including sanitary ware, kitchen units, and necessary pipework modifications.
- Finishing & decoration: installing various flooring types, wall panels, and ceiling systems. You will also assist with painting, decorating, tape and joint repairs, and overall fine finishing works.
- Refurbishment, snagging & repairs: conducting general repairs, refurbishment works, and thorough snagging on completed modular buildings, as well as maintaining and upgrading existing modular units.
- Site operations & logistics: reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions. You will support the loading, unloading, and precision installation of modular buildings on customer sites across the UK.
- Cross‑trade support: collaborating with and assisting specialist trades, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, and dryliners whenever required to ensure smooth production.
- Equipment & housekeeping: operating hand tools, power tools, and site equipment safely and competently. You will maintain all tools, plant, and equipment in a safe, serviceable condition while keeping excellent housekeeping standards across the workshop, yard, and construction sites.
- Safety & continuous improvement: ensuring all work meets strict company quality standards and customer specifications. You will actively attend toolbox talks, safety briefings, and mandatory training, while promptly reporting any hazards, defects, near misses, or quality concerns.
