Role Purpose: Reporting to the Global Warehouse & Logistics Manager, the Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in assisting and supporting the Warehouse and Logistics departments with day-to-day administrational duties and communications between internal departments, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operation throughout. This role will ideally suit someone who has a previous administrative background and responsibilities in a fast-moving environment whilst working to a high level with excellent attention to detail.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with suppliers, warehouse and any other relevant department with regards to incoming goods.
- Booking in of all incoming goods for both the UK and ME sites.
- Liaising with key stakeholders over time-sensitive jobs to ensure that deadlines are met, and where deadlines cannot be met, ensuring communication is prompt and effective.
- Working closely with the quality department to ensure the company return processes are adhered to accurately and in a timely fashion.
- Assisting Purchasing in system transactions, processing of PORs and problem solving.
- Working alongside key operational stakeholders to ensure data is maintained to a high standard within the system.
- Analysis of data sets to streamline and improve efficiency in the Warehouse and Logistics departments.
- Work alongside the Global Warehouse & Logistics Manager to compile reports for senior and director level employees, with attention to detail and high data accuracy.
- Work alongside Global Warehouse and Logistics Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, providing positive input and contribution in the development of processes and practices.
- Liaising with the Logistics department and communicating detailed information to the Warehouse with regards to Goods inwards, despatch and collections.
- Booking of couriers, including label processing for daily collections.
- Any other ad hoc duties, as requested by line management.

- Ability to follow detailed written instructions based on quality specifications with competent literacy skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
- Good standard of GCSEs as a minimum. A Levels or equivalent highly desirable.
