Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract (Leave of Absence coverage for FTE)

Max. Budget: £50k - £65k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £300 - £340 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

The Community team drives community engagement and relationship building. We advocate for creatives within client and drive thought leadership, engagement, and grassroots marketing programs to support our product categories. We partner with a broad set of internal organizations, including Global Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Release & Program Management, Go to Market, and Engagement & Retention. We are looking for an exceptional Creative Community Relationship Manager to grow and support the UK and German communities in Europe to support the Creative Cloud business. This role is an exciting opportunity to build significant connections with creatives, advocate for their needs within client, and cultivate a dynamic community through events, content, and collaboration. What you’ll do:

  • Build and cultivate relationships with creatives across the UK and Germany, ensuring they feel supported and connected.
  • Partner with the EMEA global business, marketing, product and social teams to ensure community activities support broader marketing, product and business initiatives.
  • Advocate for customers by sharing their feedback with client's product, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Organize and host community meetups (up to 50 attendees) and larger events (200+ attendees) to bring the community together with client.
  • Recruit new community leaders (content creators) and coordinate content creation using client tools.
  • Develop engaging content and resources that share knowledge of client tools, helping creatives unlock their full potential.
  • Plan and implement community summits that strengthen relationships and support collaboration between community members and internal teams.
  • Coordinate NDA discussions and feedback sessions and share input back with partner teams.
  • Collect and synthesize community feedback to ensure client continues to meet the evolving needs of UK and German creatives.
  • Encourage, coordinate, and amplify community content regarding client’s products, messaging and communities.
  • Coordinate with the global community team to find opportunities and resources to support growing the European (UK and German) community.
  • Collaborate across teams and thrive in a start-up like organization within a larger corporate setting.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years working and collaborating with European creatives.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Creative Cloud applications.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating meetups and events (preferably with creative professionals).
  • A deep understanding of the UK and German creative culture, needs, and aspirations.
  • Understanding of your core audience based on your own experiences.
  • Fluency in both German and English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.
  • Based in the UK or Germany, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple time zones.
  • A passion for creativity and fostering community, empowering creatives, and bridging the gap between users and internal teams.
  • Extensive understanding of online community dynamics and best practices, with a proven history of successfully building, fostering, and nurturing large-scale communities.
  • Engaging and dynamic human interaction skills.
  • Familiarity with online creative groups in Germany and UK.
