Job Title: Content Production & Project Manager

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

The Opportunity:

  • As part of the Brand Operations team in Europe, the Content Production & Project Manager drives the end-to-end execution and delivery of marketing content in the region. Most importantly, in this role you are the link between Marketing, Creative Studio, Media and the Production agency to deliver impactful content at scale across the region.
  • The Content Production & Project Manager is responsible for the entire content management process, from briefs to the successful delivery of assets. This pivotal role also serves as a key driver in optimising the overall content production and management process, playing a crucial part in driving reporting and streamlining program management – defining the future of content delivery excellence.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead end-to-end content production: Take charge of the entire content production process and project management using cutting-edge project management tool Workfront. From briefing our key Production Partner to coordinating necessary resources and master files, your hands-on approach ensures the flawless delivery of final assets to relevant teams.
  • Build business relationships to champion efficacy: Build influential and collaborative relationships to facilitate collaboration and alignment with Marketing, Creative Studio, Media and Agency teams on project objectives and timelines. Through your effective coordination, you foster a team environment that sets the tone for synchronised delivery to partners across the organization.
  • Champion effective communication and planning: Lead continuous, structured and informative communication to cultivate a synchronised knowledge base across teams. Engage key stakeholders with actionable updates on project progress, while streamlining content review and approval processes. Safeguard project timelines by proactively identifying potential risks and work quickly to avoid or resolve issues, ensuring timely delivery of regional assets.
  • Strive for operational excellence: Embrace continuous improvement in processes, serving as the driving force behind our project management tool. Cultivate positive relationship with agency production manager to facilitate regular briefings, resourcing, project financial planning, project updates and content reviews.

What you need to succeed:

  • Project Management Expertise: Exceptional end-to-end project management skills and experience using project management tools such as Workfront
  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are a must to assure success
  • Critical Thinking: Attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and proactive optimisation development
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience leading collaboration with cross-functional teams in a matrixed and fast-paced organization
  • Prioritisation and Organisation Excellence: Agility, diligence, and proactive approach to leading multiple projects in a complex environment.

Education and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a project manager in a creative industry.
  • Shown experience working in content production and management
  • Having design sensibility & attention to detail
  • Design experience a plus
  • English speaker (first language or very proficient) German or French a plus
  • Experience working with Workfront project management tool a plus
