Job Title: Creative Cloud Business Consultant/Business Analyst

Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

Max. Budget: £55k to 71k per annum + paid holidays + pension or £300 – 360 per day Inside IR35

The Opportunity:

  • This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Client Consulting! We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to work with our global customers within the Firefly Consulting team, for the EMEA region.
  • The Professional Services team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of Firefly APIs, Photoshop APIs, Creative Cloud design APIs and upcoming 3D, video, and audio APIs.
  • Our customers have access to our Professional Services Subscription throughout their investment into certain client products, meaning that our consultants stay engaged with them to ensure not just successful implementations, but successful business outcomes long term.
  • The Business Consultant will work in the \’Post Sale\’, as part of the Firefly Consultancy team, partnering with our Project Managers and Technical Consultants. This customer-facing role will focus heavily on use case identification, requirements gathering, and technology stack analysis; ensuring our customer projects are capturing exact details to set up for success.
  • We are a paid for service to our customers; and are seen to be client experts; we are the shop window into client for many of our customers and must bring knowledge and professionalism to every interaction.

What you’ll do:

  • Form part of our project team, working with our customers and their project teams to deliver implementation of client’s technology.
  • Work with our customers closely; likely their Marketing or Creative teams, to understand their business; including pains and opportunities.
  • Own the requirements gathering process for complex projects, ensuring all business needs are accurately captured and documented.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead / facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, present findings, and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Be seen as the team\’s most skilled and experienced requirements gathering resource; embedding standardized ways of working, templates and processes for the wider team to benefit.
  • Coach other team members in standardized requirements gathering methods; allowing others to work on smaller/simpler projects whilst you own the larger/most complex initiatives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment, managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Actively contribute as a vocal member of the team, offering innovations, new working methodologies, challenging the status quo, and aiding in continual improvement efforts

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant within a Marketing or Creative business.
  • Knowledge of Marketing and Creative businesses and industries
  • Hands on experience of industry standard Content Management Systems with an understanding of their process
  • Keen understanding of up-to-date technologies and GenAI offerings available to the Marketing and Creative industry for efficient working practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.
  • An inquisitive mindset, willing to challenge the status quo and design pioneering solutions.
  • An innovative thinker, collaborative business partner, who is well-organized, and detail oriented with strong stakeholder management.
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex business process/system topics effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable to lead discovery sessions to identify workflow improvements and business problems.
  • Hugely advantageous if French or German speaking, with ability to comfortably deliver above responsibilities, professionally, in the language
