Location: Remote (UK-based) | Travel: ~30% across the UK & occasionally Europe

As Project Manager – Freezing Solutions (UK), you’ll take the lead on delivering complex equipment and system projects for customers across the UK. Acting as the central point of coordination, you’ll bring together internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly – from initial order through to installation and production start-up. This is a highly visible role where your ability to manage relationships, balance commercial outcomes, and solve problems on the ground will make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading multiple projects across the UK, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Partnering with Sales and Applications teams during the pre-sales phase to assess risks, shape proposals, and support customer visits
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers, building strong, trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing project scope, timelines, and responsibilities with clarity and confidence
  • Planning and overseeing key milestones including delivery, installation, and production start-up
  • Attending customer sites for kick-off, pre-installation, and installation phases
  • Resolving on-site challenges in collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and account teams
  • Monitoring project financials, forecasting costs, and protecting margins
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions

What we’re looking for:

Experience & Background:

  • Experience in project management within engineering, manufacturing, food processing, or industrial environments
  • A proven track record of delivering projects successfully in a customer-facing role
  • Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • A degree in Engineering, Business, or similar (or equivalent practical experience)
