As Senior Manager Service Sales EMEA, you will drive our service growth, strengthen customer relationships, and build a future-proof commercial model around our installed base.

In this role, you will be fully responsible for the EMEA service sales strategy and performance across service products, spare parts, upgrades, digital services, and service contracts. You will combine strategic leadership with commercial impact, building a strong and scalable organization through managers and multidisciplinary teams. You drive results, always with a focus on customer value and long-term relationships.

What You Will Do
  • Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development
    • Define and implement the EMEA service sales strategy in line with divisional objectives.
    • Build, coach, and develop high-performing sales organizations across multiple countries.
    • Create a performance-driven and collaborative culture, implementing organizational changes where necessary.
  • Commercial Excellence & Sales Management
    • Own order intake, revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA performance in service sales.
    • Ensure professional sales management practices: strong funnel development, conversion improvement, and effective CRM use.
    • Drive strategic account segmentation, share of wallet, customer retention, and long-term value creation.
    • Safeguard margin integrity for upgrades and service projects—both pre- and post-calculation.
  • Growth of Aftermarket & Digital Services
    • Accelerate the growth of service contracts, lifecycle solutions, upgrades, and digital services.
    • Identify and commercialize opportunities within the installed base to increase recurring revenue streams.
  • Operational & Performance Management
    • Implement global service standards and best practices within the region.
    • Translate strategy into clear KPIs and manage forecasting, productivity, quality, and delivery reliability.
    • Ensure the organization is future-ready in terms of capacity, capabilities, and geographic footprint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Field Service, and Finance to maximize customer value and operational efficiency.
    • Actively contribute to transformation programs and continuous improvement initiatives across EMEA.
    • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, building strong senior-level relationships.
    • Lead complex escalations, ensuring fast and sustainable resolutions.
Who You Are

You are a strong, inspiring leader who turns strategy into results and builds high-performing teams. You have extensive experience in capital goods, preferably in Service, Aftermarket, or Customer Care, and a proven track record in multi-country, cross-functional commercial leadership. You are commercially sharp, strategically minded, and results-driven, with the ability to influence at all levels.
