## Assembly TechnicianApplylocations: GB - Adlingtontime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 23548**Job Title:** Assembly Technician**Location:** Adlington, GB **Main Responsibilities:*** Ensure assembly and build quality is of the highest possible standard.* Ensure machinery is fully PDI’d and tested prior to delivery.* Attending site for machine commissioning and breakdowns.* Being self-disciplined, proactive, and hard working.* High degree of interpersonal skills and communication skills.* Working to deadlines and delivery dates.* Ensure production instructions and quality standards are met/exceeded.* Escalate any build anomalies to relevant persons.* On-site commissioning and customer training.**Experience:*** Principally be responsible for the mechanical assembly of all sub and main assemblies.* Be able to read and understand engineering drawings and pneumatic circuits.* Manage and keep your electronic parts lists accurate.* Can carry out mechanical surveys, repairs, and servicing of Proseal equipment.* General engineering, marking out, drilling, and tapping.* Carry out work on-site, or off-site as requested and agreed.**Qualification:*** Time served with C&G or modern apprenticeship.**JBT Marel** At JBT Marel, we’re shaping the future of food – right here in the UK and across the globe.
