We're looking for a Production Control & Planning Coordinator to help drive efficient production scheduling, resource planning, and continuous improvement within our Lamb Operations team in Brooklyn.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations team, you will play a key role in developing production schedules, balancing supply and demand requirements, and ensuring plant resources are utilised efficiently. Working closely with Production, Sales, and other stakeholders, you'll help deliver strong business outcomes while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
  • Coordinate labour planning to support production requirements
  • Partner with Production and Sales teams to align operational priorities
  • Analyse production performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning efficiency, productivity, and costs
  • Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

  • Experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing environment
