Overview As a Temperature Control Engineer , you\βll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Temperature Control division. You will ensure our fleet is service-ready, safe, and compliant, while delivering exceptional product support and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.Key responsibilities Driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.Ensuring fleet compliance, readiness, and service documentation upkeep.Performing and supervising major product repairs.Supporting testing processes and fleet preparation for hire.Partnering with the SHEQ team to maintain compliance.Attending customer visits and project meetings.Assisting with the creation of training materials and supporting training sessions.We\βre looking for someone who is hands-on, technically competent, and passionate about customer service.Your profile Prior experience with Temperature Control products/applications.Excellent communication skills β written and verbal.A flexible, self-motivated approach and willingness to embrace training opportunities.Great organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.A valid UK driving licence.What we offer Company pension scheme & life assurance.Ongoing training and career development support.
