My client is looking for a commercially driven General Manager to take full ownership of a regional operation—leading performance, growing revenue, and building a high-performing field team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys being close to customers, and knows how to turn operational activity into real commercial results.
- Increase service, van jobs, and supply-only revenue
- Customer Growth & Account Management
- Develop and manage key regional accounts (top 10–20 customers)
- Actively win new business through structured outreach and site visits
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of field engineers
- Drive productivity, utilisation, and performance
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all interactions

Proven experience in a commercial, regional, or operational leadership role. Strong background in account management, business development, or sales growth.
