Are you an experienced engineering leader with a background in power generation, critical power, generators or heavy engineering workshops? We are recruiting for a Workshop Manager to join a major long-term infrastructure and critical power project that is set to run through to 2035.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a busy workshop operation, lead skilled engineering teams, and drive operational excellence across service, repair, overhaul and project delivery activities.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing workshop operations, engineering teams, productivity, HSE standards, customer delivery and continuous improvement initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in:

  • Driving workshop efficiency and performance
  • Leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Managing service delivery and turnaround times
  • Improving processes and operational standards
  • Supporting large-scale critical power projects
  • Maintaining exceptional HSEQ standards
  • Building a positive, high-performance culture

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience managing a workshop or engineering operation
