Job Specification: Northern Regional Sales Manager Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager ideally with proven experience in the powered access industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of powered access equipment, market trends, and customer needs. Working with 4 national depots, you will be working closely with the general managers and overseeing the ASM’s. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Strategy and Execution: 2. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets 3. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence 4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales plans. 5. Account Management: 6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. 7. Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction. 8. Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. 9. Team Leadership and Development: 10. Recruit, train, and manage a sales team. 11. Set clear goals and objectives, providing regular feedback and performance reviews. 12.
