Quality and Enterprise Risk Manager – Remote (England, Wales, or Scotland) – Work from Home!

Are you passionate about driving excellence and safeguarding business operations? We are looking for a Quality and Enterprise Risk Manager to lead the development of robust frameworks and processes that enhance compliance, performance, and operational efficiency.

This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home, with occasional travel required to meet stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and oversee an assurance programme to track compliance and performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Develop and manage an ISO 9001-aligned Quality Management System to standardise and enhance business processes.
  • Design and deploy efficient business architectures and workflows to optimise operations.
  • Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework, identifying and mitigating key business risks.
  • Build a learning culture that proactively investigates and resolves deviations to prevent recurrence.
  • Present performance insights to stakeholders, securing buy-in for necessary actions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience leading the implementation of management systems that drive business performance.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and the ability to connect cross-functional teams to drive action.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to present insights and influence decision-making.
  • Proven ability to lead cultural and behavioural change across an organisation.
  • A credible leader who fosters trust, empowerment, and accountability within teams.
  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a professional setting.

Desirable:

  • Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 CQI | IRCA).
  • Training in continuous improvement (e.g. Lean Practitioner) or root cause analysis.
