My client is looking to recruit a strong Administrator to join their purchasing team in Redditch. The role is a maternity cover, 28 hours per week. You will be working with the order team, where you will be processing orders along with general administration relating to this. Duties and responsibilities: * Processing parts orders and returns * Communicating well with customers to get order numbers out in a timely fashion throughout the month. * Inventory control * Updating order spreadsheets * Production of reports Experience and Qualifications: * Strong administration experience * Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word systems especially excel * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Excellent attention to detail * Be self-motivated, a team player and process driven
