As a Temperature Control Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of our Temperature Control division. You will ensure our fleet is service-ready, safe, and compliant, while delivering exceptional product support and guidance to customers and colleagues alike.
Key responsibilities:
- Driving safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Ensuring fleet compliance, readiness, and service documentation upkeep.
- Performing and supervising major product repairs.
- Supporting testing processes and fleet preparation for hire.
- Partnering with the SHEQ team to maintain compliance.
- Attending customer visits and project meetings.
- Assisting with the creation of training materials and supporting training sessions.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, technically competent, and passionate about customer service.
Your profile:
- Prior experience with Temperature Control products/applications.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
- A flexible, self-motivated approach and willingness to embrace training opportunities.
- Great organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- A valid UK driving licence.
