Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior Designer for an on-site role based in Cardiff. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing impactful visual communications across digital and print – from campaign concepts and brand development to logos, graphics and brand corporate documents. You’ll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to produce design work that is both visually engaging and strategically aligned. In addition to leading on creative execution, you will also support the creation of integrated campaigns and play a mentoring role – guiding and developing our junior designer to help them grow in their craft. The role requires strong creative thinking, excellent design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Graphic design, branding and campaign delivery
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and technical skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in web design and UX – Wordpress and Elementor a bonus
- Ability to work on-site in Cardiff 3 days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a communications or PR agency is advantageous
